At RIZE Up Collective, I work collaboratively with Ash to provide clinical oversight and support for a deep respect for intravenous and injectable NAD+, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants therapies. Together, we ensure that each treatment plan is safe, appropriate and aligned with each client’s unique health needs and goals.

I have a vast experience in primary care, oncology, addiction medicine and community-based health services. I am committed to providing holistic, trauma-informed and client-centred care, taking the time to understand each person’s physical, emotional and social needs.

Outside my work I enjoy being outdoors, staying active and spending time with my wife and three daughters.

Ash Hudson, RN

Ash Hudson has been a Registered Nurse since 2008, bringing experience across burns, plastics and trauma, home and community care, end of life, medical education and research to integration and intravenous infusion therapy.

Drawing on her nursing background, personal recovery journey and deep curiosity about cellular health, Ash helps clients understand what’s truly driving their fatigue, burnout and reduced resilience and how to rebuild from the inside out.

Her approach is rooted in foundational physiology; sleep, nervous system regulation, nourishment and energy, woven together with the wisdom of plant-based and natural supports and the understanding that true vitality flows from alignment of mind, body and soul.

Ash meets clients with clinical grounding and deep empathy every session, supporting clients who feel capable on the outside but increasingly overdrawn within.
